The role of the User Support Co-Ordinator is a fully customer-facing role providing support via telephone and email. This team provides exceptional user support to the businesses bespoke program, as well as facilitates the subscriptions for the program’s usage. It is a varied role working closely with the other operational teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from start to finish.
Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30 Full Time 37.5 hrs per week.
User Support Co-Ordinator Responsibilities include: -
- Efficiently handling user support calls
- Document, track and monitor problems to ensure a full and timely resolution
- Data processing/database administration
- Identify, escalate and resolve software issues
- Identify patterns in caller queries and initiate resolution of these
- Undertaking the software subscription renewal process
- Liaising with customers regarding new annual software subscriptions
- Testing system enhancements and upgrades
- Providing administrative support to all other teams on an ad-hoc basis
User Support Co-Ordinator Requirements include: -
- Experience within a technical support/help desk environment
- Ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience
- First-class customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- General awareness of data protection in a sensitive support environment
- Ability to use multiple databases and systems
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good all-around administration and data entry skills
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
