A global manufacturing company based in Exeter is seeking a Technical Customer Service Advisor to resolve technical issues raised by colleagues and customers in a swift, successful and diplomatic manner regardless of the circumstances.
This role is Monday to Friday and offers the opportunity of Hybrid working after a successful completion of the probation period.
What will you be doing?
- Act as a first point of contact for all technical customer service enquiries
- To handle calls and emails covering installation, building regulations, operations and safety of the products
- Complete fact-finding analysis during calls and find the correct resolution
- Document all correspondence on the company CRM system
- Up-to-date knowledge of regulations of installation
Skills and experience:
- Gas Safe Certification
- HETAS Certification
- Suitable industry-based experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- High levels of Customer Service deliverance
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
