A leading UK-based health insurance provider is looking to expand their internal IT team with the addition of a Systems Analyst / Technical Business Analyst. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document both business and technical requirements for new and existing IT systems
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to define system changes and integrations
- Create detailed process maps, system interaction diagrams, and data models to support project delivery
- Use SQL for database querying, validating outputs, and supporting solution design and testing
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst within a technology-focused team
- Strong understanding of IT systems, business processes, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Proficiency in SQL to explore, verify, and analyse data effectively
- Ability to produce and explain visual artefacts, such as process diagrams and data models
