The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Structural Technician to join a talented and collaborative design team. The successful candidate will take ownership of detailed technical drawings, contributing to the delivery of high-quality projects across a range of commercial and residential developments. You’ll be involved in detailed technical drawings and contribute to the creation of luxurious hydrothermal experiences—think pools, saunas, snow rooms and steam rooms—designed for some of the finest hotels and residences in the world.
Responsibilities of the Structural Technician:
- Produce and manage detailed technical drawings and design models using Revit and CAD software.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
- Support the development of efficient, cost-effective design solutions with a focus on quality and functionality.
- Assist with project coordination to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements of the Structural Technician:
- Proven experience using Revit in a design, architectural or engineering environment.
- Good working knowledge of BIM, AutoCAD, and reinforcement detailing.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
