Our Client who provides IT Support Services is seeking a Senior Project manager, on a Fixed Term Contract. As Senior Project Manager you will support the delivery of multiple projects.
The role is a 2-year fixed-term contract
Senior Project Manager responsibilities include:
- Oversee management of projects through the entire lifecycle
- Ensure project budgets and costs to complete are recorded
- Secure appropriate resources to deliver the project in terms of staff, skills, funds and supportive functions
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed
- Provide all required project documentation to the PMO for review and approval to proceed to the next project stage
Senior Project Manager requirements include:
- Professional certification such as PMP from the Project Management Institute is highly desirable
- Practical business experience with extensive project management knowledge and skills through wide-ranging experiences in the field of project management
- Demonstrated experience of applying Project Management methodologies –e.g., Agile, Waterfall.
- High level of proficiency with MS Office applications
- Ability to use the Office 365 suite effectively as a communication channel.
