Our client, a leading technology business, has an exciting opportunity for a Cloud Support Technician to join their team. As part of the role, the successful candidate will help migrate their customer's current services over to be hosted in the cloud.
Senior Cloud Support Technician responsibilities include: -
- Supporting clients across multi-faceted environments (Azure, M365, AWS, etc.)
- Helping with migrations of clients' services to the cloud
- Resolving both internal and external client problems over the telephone and face to face when required
- Working on developing knowledge of cloud technology to better service clients
Senior Cloud Support Technician requirements include: -
- At least 2 years experience in an IT support role
- Experience in supporting Microsoft 365 and/or Azure
- Previous experience and/or a strong interest in cloud technologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering top-quality service
- An interest in constantly improving tech knowledge and developing
