Role Overview:
This Operations Support Manager role is central to ensuring the smooth coordination of operational activities at a senior level. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and wider leadership team, you will bring structure, clarity, and consistency to planning, reporting, and governance processes. This is a highly organised, detail-focused position with real impact across the business.
Responsibilities of the Operations Support Manager:
- Coordinate operational planning, reporting, and updates to ensure alignment across teams
- Prepare and manage board and senior leadership presentations, tracking actions and deadlines
- Maintain governance processes, forward planning schedules, and operational rhythms
- Act as a central point of coordination across departments, improving communication and workflow
Requirements of the Operations Support Manager:
- Proven experience in an operations support, PMO, or business coordination role
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders with reporting, planning cycles, and meetings
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and project-related tools
