The Role
As a Service Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and servicing Caravans and Motorhomes while ensuring customer satisfaction. This dynamic position allows for flexible working arrangements tailored to your needs, whether full-time, part-time, or condensed hours.
Key Responsibilities of the Service Engineer
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime for clients
- Collaborate with the wider team to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of all work conducted, ensuring compliance with company standards
Key Requirements of the Service Engineer
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical role
- Preferable you will have a MCEA Qualification and/or willingness gain qualification
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
