Our client is seeking an IT Process Improvement Manager to join their value-driven company. As the IT Process Improvement Manager, you will identify and implement organisational process improvements and manage software vendor relationships.
This role offers Flexible Hybrid working, therefore, you will need to be of a commutable distance to the Exeter office.
IT Process Improvement Manager responsibilities include: -
- Manage software vendor relationships, oversee business systems, and evaluate organisational operations.
- Communicate process improvements, digital changes, and complex system information effectively to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Train staff at all levels, build strong relationships and represent the team in meetings.
- Identify areas for improvement, develop automation efficiencies, and manage junior team members
IT Process Improvement Manager requirements include: -
- Relevant degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Specialised training or certifications in process improvement methodologies and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Suite).
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies for process optimisation
