A company with origins that can be traced back to 1997, formed to provide learning and care-related services to children and young adults with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties, is seeking an IT Field Support Engineer who will cover the Bristol and South Wales areas; The company offers hybrid working, working from home 1 day a week.
As an IT Field Support Engineer, you will provide support to the Yate, Warmley, Newport, and Various other South Wales locations. You must hold a valid UK driving license and be subject to a DBS.
IT Field Support Engineer responsibilities include: -
- Act as the 1st and 2nd line support for daily IT requests via the online helpdesk
- Supporting with hardware rebuilds
- Support in ongoing and future projects
- Management of the group's Microsoft 365 administration suite
- Support the group's security infrastructure
- Support in creating the group’s newly instructed intranet to improve internal communications
IT Field Support Engineer requirements include: -
- Previous experience in an IT support role
- Proficient use of Microsoft Stack with administrator experience
- A solid understanding of the hardware makeup of laptops and PCs and how to fix issues
- Proven ability to administer active directory and Office 365 user management
- WIFI configuration and management
