Our Client is seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer to join their forward-thinking company, based in Exeter. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate and/or someone who has just started their career, looking to join a company that will support you in your professional development.
Graduate Structural Engineer responsibilities include: -
- Civil and structural design work including calculations and drawings
- Prepare quotations for prospective projects
- Keep up to date with British Standards, Codes of Practice and Euro Codes
- Site Visits to ascertain Loadings and condition of the structure
- Working under the guidance of Senior Engineers
Graduate Structural Engineer requirements include: -
- A BSc/BEng/MSc/MEng in civil/structural Engineering
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Experience using AutoCAD software
- Excellent communication skills Organised and meticulous
