Our client, who provide digital services to SME companies across the UK, are seeking a Digital Learning Content Specialist to join their dynamic team based in East Devon.
This role offers flexible hybrid hours, requiring you to attend the East Devon office once a week.
Main responsibilities for the Digital Learning Content Specialist:
- Develop, curate, and manage digital learning content, transforming traditional materials (e.g., PowerPoint) into engaging online courses using tools like Articulate Rise
- Capture, edit, and animate video content, and design graphics or infographics to enhance online learning experiences
- Maintain and optimise the user experience on the learning platform, ensuring a structured and accessible curriculum that meets learner needs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to align content with learning objectives, while managing multiple projects and staying current with e-learning trends
Digital Learning Content Specialist requirements:
- Proven experience in digital content creation, e-learning tools (Articulate Rise), and video editing/animation software (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with a solid understanding of user experience principles
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and a passion for digital skills training
- Desirable: Experience with the LearnWorlds platform and knowledge of the digital skills landscape
