Our Client is seeking a Data Manager to join their value-driven company. As the Data Manager, you will Visualise existing data to highlight key trends, contribute to the data strategy, ensure compliance with data standards, develop a master data set, and maintain a robust data security plan
This role offers Flexible Hybrid working, therefore, you will need to be of a commutable distance to the Exeter office.
Data Manager responsibilities include: -
- Collaborate across departments to visualise data, highlight insights, and communicate actionable information to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Contribute to the data strategy by advising on critical weaknesses, ensuring secure data flow, and maintaining compliance with data standards like GDPR.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and customer care skills, including interpreting ICT terminology for non-technical individuals and building good working relationships.
- Act as an ambassador for the company, representing the team in organisation-wide meetings, and liaising with colleagues, the public, suppliers, and other services.
DATA Manager requirements include: -
- A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field
- Professional training or certifications related to data management, security, and compliance
- Previous experience managing teams
