Our client, a company with its success built upon a strong partnership with its clientele and a clear focus on high performance is seeking a D365 Systems Administrator to join their IT Services CRM team.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Exeter with hybrid and flexible working.
Reporting to the CRM Systems Manager, you will be a key enabler in helping to deliver our clients values and supporting the IT Services team in defining its characteristics: strong leadership, active collaboration, forward thinking, and delivering at pace.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide second line support to business users
- Act as a system administrator on the Dynamics CRM platform and perform end-user administration tasks and troubleshooting on issues with the platform
- Be responsible for user access management
- Provide user training as required
- Assist in the development and execution of the technical roadmap for CRM
- Prepare specifications and documentation, and provide advice and guidance on the content
- Maintain CRM contact data records for the organisation, overseeing data cleansing and update initiatives and looking for continuous improvement to increase the functionality
Skills and experience:
- Education to degree level (or demonstrable equivalent experience)
- Experience in teaching or training other staff
- Recent experience of using a Customer Relationship Management system in a large organisation
- Experience of report creation and data analysis
- Software system management, and configuration experience
