Our client, a Taunton-based, professional services business; that works proactively to ensure the best service for its clients, is seeking an experienced 1st Line Support to join its team. The company offers great company benefits with a discretionary Bonus scheme and generous holiday allowance
1st Line Support Responsibilities include: -
- Assist the IT department on a daily basis, provide assistance with software and hardware issues as necessary
- Provide 1st line support to all users within the firm
- Prepare, maintain and refurbish equipment
- Assist in the development and testing of the company’s case management software where required
1st Line Support Requirements include: -
- Proven experience in 1st Line support
- Enthusiasm to learn new systems and skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and productive, able to troubleshoot
- Confidence in using MS Office products (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint + More!)
