Up to £25k DOE | Hybrid with Access to Exeter | Small passionate company
Our client, a small team of experienced software professionals is looking to expand their team and introduce 1st Line Support based in Exeter on a Hybrid basis.
The ideal candidate will be customer focussed and be technical-minded and confident in communicating with others.
This role offers Flexitime, Monday to Friday with an occasional Saturday AM cover and Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days a week in the Exeter office.
Responsibilities include: -
- Provide support and assistance to customers via email and chat
- Provide product demos and product training to customers
- Document customer interactions via the ticketing system
- Work alongside other team members and escalate issues for further investigation when needed.
Requirements include: -
- Excellent Communication skills
- A good standard of Math, A-level or better would be advantageous
- Confident and engaging
- Proven experience in providing high-quality customer satisfaction
- Previous Fintech/Accounting/software demo experience would be advantageous
