Our client is a growing Education company whose mission is to improve and enhance education for all is looking for an experienced 1st Line Support Technician. If you have a background or are looking for a career in support and operations, then this could be an excellent job for you!
This is a full-time permanent role based in Newton Abbot with hybrid working with a minimum of 1 day a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line user support for Service Desk
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting
- Work on support tickets quickly and professionally
- Document and maintain customer accounts
- Identify, analyse, and resolve customer issues
Skills and Requirements
- Experience managing a ticket desk and project planning tools for larger work elements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
